Hey guys.
I've always been a shit runner, anyways after a very very bad unfit period I decided to start getting back into shape about a year ago. Part of that were some meetings with a biokeneticist who looked at my running form and told me I've apparently been doing it wrong my whole life. We worked on my form and lo and behold I went from huffing and puffing to push out a 2km with severe knee pain to effortless 10km runs with zero pain in a few months. I've even done a few competitive runs since.
What I'm messing around with now though is doing more sprint type workouts, I've read a lot about it being very good for my BJJ game and for retaining muscle mass. My main questions are if I have say maybe one or two days a week open (aside from the BJJ 3 times a week I do a stand up martial art twice a week and weights 4 times a week to tight schedule) for running, what would be a good balance or sprints to distance running? I do find the distance running helps a lot with my fighting stamina and kind of puts me in a nice zen state so I don't want to give them up entirely.
My other question is could you gusy share any good hill sprint workouts you have with me? I have a really nice hill outside my town (It's a reclaimed landfill so about 70m tall and pretty steep incline) which I'd like to start using. I already run up and down it at the start of my 10km runs and it's a doozy.
Anyways any input is appreciated.

Sprinting Program thread
This is another thread that has a bunch of stuff about sprinting. My thing was a measured run rest. 100 yards 10 times. 80 yards 8 times. etc.
There are a bunch of good concept 2 sprints for the rowing machine. Bobby Maximus has a bunch of good things like this.
