Anyone have any thoughts on bimodal sleeping patterns? My job requires a 6 hour on 6 hour off schedule around the clock for 15+ days straight monthly. I normally get 4-5 hours of sleep in one off period and another 2 in the other. It seems to work ok if I’m very regimented in what, when, and how I eat, regulating caffeine, etc., but even then after a few days it gets pretty exhausting.
