If I may speak on behalf of Mr. Willink. I don't think the best way to benefit this country is to have him in an elected official. Secretary of Defense maybe. Also, He is not willing to do what it traditionally takes to elected.
The world will be a better place if he tells us all to be better and we listen. Electing doesn't let us sleep in, stray off the path, or change the roles and function of government.
Stay on the Path.
