I have been listening to jocko for about 6 months now. Figured I’d get on here and see what else I can learn from like minded individuals.

Welcome to the boards. What have you found most useful, beneficial, etc? Basically what has changed about you since listening to Jocko. Well I was having a hard day and found jocko on you tube. Then discovered he had a podcast. I like how he is brutally honest and tells it like it is. After listening to him and a few others I’m starting to realize that it’s ok to be broken. I recently built a Crossfit gym in my garage to work out in but I keep making excuses to work out. However every time I listen to a podcast I’m reminded that I need to get after it. So I’d say I’m hopeful to get the energy and find the drive to do so. I’m closer now than I was. Im making progress but I’m just slow at it.
