I just got through a ridiculously difficult exam, thank you. I'm so lucky I listened to Extreme Ownership around every six hours, it made all the difference. High stakes exam, when/if I pass, results published in May. The leadership training from J podcasts, I hang on every word. Its very, very hard sometimes to comply: practical contact is a reality re-configuring experience! But I get deep joy, as has been said, over and over. So force and courage, to raise the stream-level of what is considered "average," in our geography. I so look forward to that day.
