What do I do if the text on my email starts to change? I have the video but not on here, its on a separate device, basically it went from one word to another several times. Its random too, its not a set thing. and it's just happening for one email sender not the whole thing.

making it public seems like the wrong thing but how do I make it stop...and wth IS It?

Professional diagnosis can't identify it & "not a law enforcement issue" - there's personally identifiable info on the account. if I know what it is I might be able to fix it, if I don't I can't. If i'm a victim of fraud (and law enforcement knows) they should be able to protect me - but its not a "law enforcement issue" - how can that be? 

it scares the crap out of me and I don't know how to fix it. quite frankly its terrifying.

I don't know if its person in a basement or serious malware from half way across the world, all i know is that the text changed and I have no answers and no one else seems to either. They said its safe to use the laptop, probably a server issue but which server..."who knows? we've never seen this kind of thing before"/"what do I do?"/ "I don't know." so a problem with no solution?

it happened before, this is the 2nd time and that's the reason I managed to catch it (I've been watching the electronics like a hawk). Same answer that time too. Do you know how impossible it is to try to deal with this kind of issue with no structure and when no one wants to hear it? very impossible. 

Did my best to take ownership of it. But I don't see how to stop being afraid of it, if I don't have a clear answer on how to address it. There is no way something of this nature would not impact law enforcement, and/or anyone else.

did my best to keep it contained. separated networks. it's "solvable" I think - I tried to limit the possibilities. but...no interest in solving.
