This is Lori. I'm a former Navy Electronics Technician and served on the aircraft carrier USS George Washington as well as at The Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute between 2000 and 2007. I completed my BS in Social Science in 2010. I learned of Jocko and "Extreme Ownership" through a Sam Harris podcast. I have continued extracurricular studies in neuroscience and that ongoing study continues to have a huge influence on my understanding of human motivation and behavior. I look forward to discussing these and other topics in this forum.
