Lay up laps - lay ups at alternating baskets, no walking! Do sets of at least 10 shots. Dont worry about missing the shot, just grab the rebound and keep going. Variation: jump shot laps. Same thing but with jumpers.
Hill repeats - Very simple, but I'd do something like this: 6 x .5 mile @ 40% incline (treadmills are great for maintaining specific settings like that)
Stairs - Urban hills. Alternate sets of skipping steps and touching every step.
Battle ropes - there's a million patterns, do at least 30 reps per set.
Parachute sprints - sprints with a parachute to create drag/resistance, vary distance/reps as you please
