So, I know that Jocko was able to train BJJ while a SEAL. I am currently working toward an Air Force Spec Ops contract and want to know if I will still have time to train BJJ while working as an operator.
I am currently a purple belt and have been training my ass off consistently for a number of years now and hope to open an academy upon finishing with the military.
Anyone with experience in this area?

This feels like it falls into a similar category as Am I too old. Your concern is getting hurt. Be selective with training partners. Don't go crazy with sessions. Pick a few days a week. Maybe check the concept of RPE (rate of perceived exertion) to train without soreness.
