I read the book, but as a rank beginner how do I use your book and begin to make sense of it? Man, Theseus was able to get through the labyrinth and kill the Minotaur only with help from his friends. I, too, could use some help. Should I just read a page a day and reflect or make a chart listing all the boldly listed points. I am open to any and all suggestions. And yes, while there are people who can read the back of a match book and discover the secrets of the universe, I am sadly not one of them.

Classic Over-thinker. So we will start with a Jordan Peterson principal, "you can't start too small". Everyday, wake up and do 10 push ups. Pick a book, doesn't have to be DEF manual, and read 10 pages everyday. Drink a glass of water once per day. If it is Musashi or the Bible, read 5. Do that for a week. 10 pushups, 10 pages, 1 cup of water. See you in a week.
Time code embed isn't working. Over-thinker discussion is at 1:33:20

You nailed it right on the head. What's worse overthinking or not thinking at all, probably 2 sides of the same coin. Anyway, I took your advice and started to take things slowly, but consistently. Woke up a 1/2 hour earlier and attempted to do some basic core exercises. Next day, the same... By Saturday, it wasn't such a struggle to do so. I will keep you informed if that is okay with my efforts.

You are on the Path. Keep it up. Log what you do. It feels like nothing, but after a month of doing some core work you will find you can plank for a minute, or 2 or 5. Writing it down is a small additional task, but it is some valuable data once some time has passed. Keep it up. See you again soon. Brian or Daedalus.
