It would be great if Jocko did a podcast on the book "Generation Kill" by Evan Wright. A great story of the Marines of 1st Recon Battalion and there journey from Kuwait to Bagdad. It's also the story of both good and poor leadership and how these Marines dealt with some crazy orders and actions the leadership took. Really good book.

Agreed. I think Jocko might be waiting for someone from that unit to come on to discuss it. You don't have to worry about spoiling the lead when you are talking about Napoleon. He has talked about a few WW2 stories and then had a 92 year old recount details about how they cheated heat for high altitude flying. I think Jocko want to honor and archive these stories and having a humble and honest participant really drives it home and makes it real.
Maybe we could nudge a few people toward throwing their hat in the ring. . .
