Hello, a Lieutenant in my previous unit introduced me to Jocko last year and I have been listening to the podcasts in order to better myself as a military leader. I have been in the U.S. military for over 13 years and will be working through to 20. I have recently been assigned to a position where I will be training and mentoring future officers and really started listening to Jocko much more in order to gain insight into becoming an effective leader to my troops. Just wanted to introduce myself, and say I'm glad to be here.
