Good Saturday evening all, and thanks for reading my introduction.  My name is Jason Abernathy.  I reside in Wilsonville Oregon with my wife, 3 girls and one on the way.  I served in the US Navy from 1995-2007, I was enlisted and left the Navy as a CPO.  It was a great experience and it is where I learned a lot about myself and became a leader.  Fun fact, my wife was in college at USD with Jocko during the same time. I doubt he reads this but she was in the NROTC program there and left in 2003 as a Commissioned officer.  Anyway, enough of the name dropping.  I now work in the corporate world a leader of people and have learned so much to these PODCAST.  My biggest benefits have been with coaching and practicing "Extreme Ownership".  It is something I truly believe in and I believe if your on these boards, you must too.  Moving on, thanks for reading and i hope to hear more from the leaders on this board.
