Good morning, Was listening to the podcast this morning and was listening to the advice on strength and conditioning for BJJ. Though I don't do BJJ myself yet the programming website I follow has a BJJ training plan that works in rolling sessions as well as weight lifting throughout the week. It can be found here. mtntactical.com/shop/brazillian-jiu-jitsu-bjj-training-plan/The program creators name is Rob Shaul. He also creates programs for military and first responders. This includes programs for almost all selection programs for the military. The purpose is to make athletes as durable as possible, while also maintaining a high level of relative strength. With the large military following I'm sure this podcast haves it would be cool to throw a plug towards Rob Shaul and his website not only to help him but also first responders and military members. Thanks for what you guys do, Jake
