I have to say, I was at my darkest hour and just about the moment, that moment I felt I was going to give into the pain of loosing everything I loved I found jocko Williams.
I'm still going through the pain but I refuse to let it consume me. I will be better. I will relearn DISIPLINE. Thank you jocko. You words have and still are an inspiration to help me find the strength to overcome all that brings me down.
