Greetings,
37 yr old male from New Orleans reports as ordered. Discovered Jocko through Tim Ferriss and it was at a perfect time. I am a former Marine FO who decided last January to get after it in earnest. I've lost 115lbs, just accepted a new job doing what I want to do, climbed to the site of the Alive plane crash in Argentina with a survivor (That was the initial kick in the ass to get after it) and have decided to just be better in all aspects of life. Then I got hooked into Jocko. His outlook and perspective makes me think daily. I am binge listening to all the past podcasts and as I type this I am listening to PC60 getting a case of the red ass on the Rape of Nanking. Once I move back to New Orleans I have identified a gym to start training Jujitsu and I'll get back into the Crossfit flow. My goal for my 40th birthday (2019) is to climb Aconcagua. Thanks for having me and I am off to make some more Jocko White Tea, my eyeballs aren't twitching yet.
