Hi has anyone had experience training a child with special needs. My son has autism and is non verbal, and loaded with energy. He's 10, got a few recommendations from this therapy team but didn't know there was anyone else out there in same boat. Thanks!

There are lots of things based upon temperament. A big name would be Michael Phelps. Water has a lot of good attributes. Generally kids on the spectrum like rhythmic or repetitive. Boxing, swimming, parkour, yoga, bootcamp, are all good options. Try each for about a week. My latest interest is gymnastic bodies. It has a lot of good still exercises and complicated movements. Check their instagram.
