Hello all.
Great to be here. Really enjoying the podcast and the content.
4:30 - Skylight was whited out with snow - Good. 4:45 - One of my runners started to talk (sole separation) - Good. 4:46 - 1.5 mile timed run in the snow w/ man's best friend - Good. 5:00 - Outdoor calisthenic circuit in the snow, melting my own finger-grips into the ice on the bars. - Good. 5:30 - Shovelling driveway and sidewalk - Good. 6:00 - Inside, jacking the big steel for cleans, deadlifts and shoulder press. - Good. 6:20 - Static holds, dips, muscle ups and handstands on the rings. - Good. 6:50 - Finally doff my 75 lbs lead vest. - GOOD!
