Caught him on the Tim Ferriss show and just found out about the podcast. Glad I did.
Been training Krav Maga for 2 years and lifting. Just started going through the Gracie Combatives DVD with a buddy. Signing up for a BJJ class when I can afford it.
Need to work on getting more rest. I wake up at 5 am and would like to move that to 4:30 but I haven't been taking care of myself by establishing a bedtime ritual. If anyone sees this and has some thoughts I'd love to know.
