I hope some day you guys bring on Joel Jamieson (Strength and conditioning coach). His mentor was Prof. Mel Siff and trains UFC Champ Mighty mouse Demetrious Johnson.

I hope this happens. I'm a big fan of Joel's work and his book Ultimate MMA Conditioning changed my entire outlook on training. My good friend Johnny who runs Rogue Combat Training in Asheville has started implementing a lot of Joel's work and his fighters are benefitting immensely from it.
