Welcome Marcus. Are you an Xpat (american) or just English speaking?
We have a lot of Fire fighters on the boards. Is leadership/ training/ a big problem or challenge for that occupation?

I'm born and live in sweden,we learn english from third grade. I dont think theres a big problem but its definetely a challenge, i think this kind of occupation has a lot of strong personalities that you have to handle in and out of the field.
