Just wanted to checking and learn from some fellow Jocko fan's. I have always tried to maintain a healthy lifestyle and most of my adult life ive been above average in that regard. The last 4-5 years has been a real challenge and i havent been up to snuff over that time. Work and life has gotten in the way blah blah blah and im done with that and its time to get back to being the best version of myself.
Before when I feel off the path to better myself i get back into it to hard and to fast and tend to beat myself up. Well I wont have that issue this time thanks to myself. I cut my index finger real bad last week and had to have a bunch of pins put in and tendons repaired. But i got lucky and still have and should have full use of this finger after it heals.
So with all that, GOOD! it forces me to start slow and focus on core and training slow to build up and progress smarter not harder.
sometime in the not to distant future in will also be training BJJ at a Gracie gym which i cant wait for.

Will, Thanks for dropping a note. I am located in New York. When you can't sweat or roll, you can always turn pages. Or you can learn a unique skill. Something like juggling, or slight of hand.
Also, try to get a crew. If you are falling off the routine, a person who you regularly see is a good way of getting corrected before you drift too far.
