Unit 731 was a part of the Japanese army that was developing chemical and biological weapons. They are specifically known for experimenting on human beings. This specific episode focuses on the dehumanization of others, so you know what signs to look for. Also a lot of attention is paid to those who acknowledged what they were doing was wrong but didn't try to stop it. Wikipedia entry on Unit 731This is another peering into the darkness to see what humans are capable of and all the reasons people don't do the right thing. And for something lighter, there is the Warrior kid podcast. Warrior Kid podcast on Podbay
