I love what you’re doing! Please give us more stories from guys that have their boots on the ground. I like the leadership stuff but that’s just not me. Everyday I walk into a “war zone” at the Vons/Albertsons warehouse. It might be 36 trucks to load or 82 trucks. Oh and by the way you can’t leave til the work is done. The war stories give me so much and always bring me to tears.

My recollection is that he was asked these in a separate podcast. As I recall it was Sig 320. His statement was "I am not getting in a gun battle, just getting out of a bad situation.
As for running with him, He is generally approachable when "in the field". Might be more cautious if he is with family. Start with a "Hey Jocko, Love the podcast. Can I jog with you?" Watch for cues that your interaction is done.
