First of all, thank you for your service. As an enlisted USAF vet, I am supremely grateful by your commitment to our country.
I heard you on a recent Brian Buffini podcast an you said, "All of your excuses are lies. Don't negotiate with them. Destroy them." That was a wake-up call. I am 53 and I have been watching myself get increasingly out of shape. That day, when I heard that comment, was it for me. Excuses done.
I am sure you get a great deal of message and mail from listeners. Just so you know, that single quote was life-changing for me and my family.
