Hello Rusty, I come from another walk of life, but am equally concerned. I'm pushing hard on all my "bottom lines" of leadership training and skills. Like you, I want to light fire under all my team and leadership skills, to make the most impact. And I do this in DC, a place where reality shifts, and talkers double-speak. I know you will succeed in your endeavor to get after it, and lead! If not us, then who? Best regards.

Welcome to the boards boys. I am just wrapping up a year of being embedded in piece of the federal government. I saw a similar issue. It was working on letting people blame me for project issues only if they let me help them fix their part, or give the task to a more competent person. That allowed me to change the culture of a team of about 40 people. My limitations were many, but mostly it had to do with the number of people I could physically interact with in the course of a week.
