Hey there
New to the forums and fairly new to the podcast. After listening to Jocko and Andy Stumpf on their respective podcasts I am getting my butt in gear. I have been retired from the Army for 3 years. I haven't really PT'd in the past two years but the weight is coming back on. I work overseas with the US Government and I am starting Crossfit Monday with the AD troops here. looking forward to getting started. No BJJ here but once I return home, I am all over it.
