Everyone who ate the meat got it. The week before, my nephew started eating vegetarian so he didn't get it. Lucky. Anyway I think I'm going to jump on that wagon for a few weeks an see how I feel. Last time I tried it,I looked like death. Does anyone have any tips for getting more protein or anything I might not be anticipating? I can tolerate quinoa but don't know of any other protein veggies other than spinach. Any advice is welcome!

This is really a question for Rich Roll or Vinnie Tortorich.
A few tips for going meatless. Number 1: Go Nuts. Eat a large variety and amount of nuts. Great way to get nutrients that aren't common in plants.
Number 2: pure vitamin club has a b vitamin supplement. That can help add some energy and strength without red meat.
Do some good listening to podcasts and ted talks on eating. Learning more will make you aware of things to watch for.
