Just saw a post about Jonny Kim. Pretty impressive record about the guy. Wondering if Jocko has interviewed him or plans to.

Jocko has mentioned that they have worked together and they are still in contact. Jocko invited him on the podcast but he is waiting for sign off by NASA. Anything press or public by a current Astronaut needs sign off.

That would be a great interview. Astronauts are such high achievers, it's mindblowing. Commander Hadfield makes some great points about making sure that each step of the way, he was doing something that he was happy with, but that would also get him closer to his goal. Hadfield would be great to have on the show - a lot of his ideas resonate with Jocko, Echo and Leif's. Hadfield talks about being a 'zero' on arrival in a new situation - not trying to impress, just doing something useful until you figure out the lay of the land - so, being humble.
