Private Blythe, Lip Guns, and Specificity of Training. I dig this concept. Coaches constantly violate the principle of the specificity of training. They use gimmicks, fads, trendy stuff to sell training ideas. People like the flashy stuff. Would love to hear more on this topic. Think it applies, to sport, military training, business, etc. Great podcast!
