I've been kicking this around in my head for quite a while. With the diverse crowd that listens and engages with extreme ownership, I wonder if there would be a way to set up something like business mentorship or something akin to a job board where we can get to know potential employer's employee's who all share the same mindset.

Interesting idea. This group has been doing the job coaching portion for 2 years. We started really heavy on first responders. We are getting a more diverse crowd. That has also brought some different views on answers. I understand the benefit of having like minded teams. But I think there is a greater benefit for covering larger territory. I am not saying you have to stay in a job you hate. And I am not saying you can't hire anyone who has read Extreme Ownership. Too much commonality creates blind spots. And isolating individuals that are likely to blame the world and putting them against top flight teams may not be the way to build a better planet. As the professor tells Musashi after the spicy pickles "I cannot teach you anything. To learn more you must first become weak".
