Another Perspective on Leadership, Conflict and being human

I run in lots of weird circles.  This is a good look at where those outer rings intersect.  I think this is a great look at the different items of leadership and personal interaction. This isn't the opposite of Extreme Ownership, but I think it is the aspect Jocko does but doesn't teach or at least emphasize. This is a good holistic introduction to these concepts and their edges.
