In my previous careers I kept hearing and continue to hear "Servant Leadership". Whats your take on servant leadership and does it coalesce with Extreme Ownership?

Of course it goes along with extreme ownership. Jocko talks about how there is no task too good for leadership. The goal of the leader is to help the team members be their best. This means doing the tasks they need to be productive. This could be taking the worst shift, cleaning up so everyone can work faster, going to the meetings no one wants to go to, also letting the team do the "fun" work. Servant leadership is not being "too good" for the team. It is demonstrating the desired behavior. Extreme Ownership is the leader taking full responsibility. That means if the team doesn't clean up, it is the leaders fault. Sometimes this means the leader cleans up.
