Does anyone know where to find a daily meal plan for a Jocko lifestyle? I would really like a weeks worth of what Jocko eats, but would settle for just a day. I'm so curious and there is nothing out there. I hope he makes a meal plan similar to his work out plans in his new Discipline Equals Freedom book.

Discipline equals freedom details a lot of this information. Jocko doesn't want to sell a diet book, because he wants you to learn and to build your own plan. A great place to start is Peter Attia. Peter Attia MD.com

I just got here so aim not sure what you’ve done since February to move forward with your meal plans.... but this is some pretty good general advice....
Eat 1/3 to 1/2 of your plate in veggies. Choose lean meats. Eat 4-6 Oz of starchy carbs (potato, rice, oats) at each meal depending on your size and activity level. On occasion have something you probably shouldn’t. That way you don’t forget that food can taste amazing from time to time. Eat a couple of pieces of fruit every day. If you need a lot of help, hire a nutrition coach. Follow those steps and you’re good.
