I just wanted to suggest a the book "Failure is not an option" by Gene Kranz. Not only about the Apollo days at NASA but his biography which I know you will find full of OWNERSHIP! Also, I believe he still does speaking engagements and may be available to be on the podcast. I believe his leadership and discipline will impress all, even you.

Awesome recommendation. Now Gene needs to be pestered by a bunch of Troopers to show up on the podcast. He is still "touring". Mission: Get Gene on the Podcast. Let's make the introduction.
