I'm a baseball coach from Ohio. I coach and train just over 150 players and have had great success implementing Principles from Jockos book within my team. I can't wait to share and collaborate with other coaches. Any other coaches out there using Jockos book or podcast within their own teams???

I think it primarily applies to coaches/leaders. I used it on my kindergarten Soccer team and the other coach. Keep it Simple. Attack weakness. I think there will be a lot of you using methodology to talk to players, training your skills, dealing with change. I don't see a lot of playing clips for your players. Unless you are going to add some Psychological Warfare to the pregame warm up. Sugar coated lies.
